I then finish off with a short skipping video. The exercises covered are, Dumbbell Shoulder press, Side lateral Raises, EZ Bar up right rows, Leg press, Front leg squats, free weight jump squats, Leg extension, leg curls and double and single leg calf raises. I then show you a little skipping technique.
