✭✭✭✭✭ 1. Wash the spinach well under running water and let it dry altogether. (Note : Dry the leaves totally before cutting). Chop the spinach finely. 2. Grind coconut, green chillies, turmeric powder and cumin into a coarse glue. 3. Consolidate the Choped spinach with some salt and keep aside. 4. Warmth the oil in dish and splutter mustard seeds, trailed by rice, include cut shallots, smashed garlic, dry red chillies, curry leaves and saute for a couple of minutes. 5. Include the hacked spinach and blend everything and decrease the fire to medium, keep secured for a moment to wither the spinach.(Note : Don't cover for long, since the steam will gather ,which thusly wind up in knots). 6. Spread out the spinach to the side of the container and make a well in the middle,add the coconut blend and join everything together. 7. Reveal the skillet and cook on low fire for 5 minutes, blending once in a while till all the water dissipates, alter the salt. 8. Panfry cautiously for another 2-3 minutes so all water vanishes and the spinach isn't saturated… Serve with rice / Chappathi and Enjoy!
